From our dream to share our love for good food, the Per Tutti Gusti cooking course was born!

Our courses are held from Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 2 pm by appointment only and are open to everyone: from simple lover of cooking to more advanced cooks looking to learn the secrets of the Langhe cuisine.
Our courses can be done in Italian and English and we can accommodate a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 8 people.

The schedule

Throughout the morning we will make a ragu sauce together, two appetizers with vegetables from our garden. We will also discover together the secrets of making fresh egg pasta by hand: we will knead the dough for tagliatelle, ravioli del plin, cappelletti, farfalle di pasta fresca and maltagliati. Finally we will conclude with a seasonal dessert.

During the cooking lesson you will be able to chat while sipping on a glass of wine together with our homemade products. Last but not least, we will come together for lunch, where you can taste the dishes prepared that morning, paired with a selection of local wines.

We can specially organize courses for over 8 people if needed. At the end of the course our guests will receive a free book of recipes, to bring home as a reminder of the day and way to replicate our specialties.
